Service Booking Cancellation
You may cancel a service booking under the following conditions:
✔ Before Technician Dispatch
If you cancel before the technician has been assigned or dispatched, the cancellation is free and no charges apply.

✔ After Technician Arrival
If you cancel the service after the technician reaches your location, the visit charge must be paid (as informed at the time of booking).

✔ After Technician is Assigned / On the Way
If the technician is already on the way, a visit charge may apply depending on distance and time invested.

Refund Conditions
Refunds Apply In These Situations:
- You paid in advance but the service was not delivered due to our internal issue.
- Wrong spare part installed (rare case) and technician confirms replacement/refund.
- Overcharging or duplicate payment due to billing error.
- AMC plan purchased online but service is unavailable in your area (very rare).
Refunds Do NOT Apply In These Situations:
- Refunds Do NOT Apply In These Situations:
- For issues arising from misuse, damaged RO, electrical faults, or water quality factors.
- If customer insists on cancellation after repair/installation once work is done.
- Third-party products bought outside Mishra RO (membrane, filters, etc.) not eligible.
Spare Parts & Product Refunds
- Parts such as membrane, filters, carbon, SMPS, UV lamp, pump, etc. are non-returnable once installed.
- A refund is possible only if the product is found damaged before installation and confirmed by the technician.
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Refunds
AMC Plan refunds are possible only under the following:
✔ Full Refund (Before Service Starts)
If no technician has visited yet, you can request a full refund.

✔ Partial Refund (After First Visit)
If service has started (1st visit completed), a partial refund may be given after deducting:
- Cost of first service
- Any parts replaced
- Administrative charges
No Refund After 2nd or Later Visits
- Once two or more AMC services are completed, no refund is applicable.
Mode of Refund
Refunds are processed via:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Account credit / wallet credit (customer choice)
Refunds take 2–7 business days depending on bank processing speed.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule service free of cost, if:
- You notify at least 2 hours before the scheduled slot
- Technician has not already reached your location
If the technician is already at your location and the service cannot be performed due to customer unavailability, a visit charge may apply.
GST Invoice
All refunded or cancelled services follow proper GST invoicing rules under:

GST invoices are issued for all eligible transactions.
