Booking and Service Conditions

Failure to comply may delay service or void certain service guarantees.
Warranty and Liability
- Mishra RO provides 90-day labor warranty for repair and maintenance work.
- Manufacturer parts retain their original warranty.
- Mishra RO is not liable for damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
- Mishra RO is not responsible for water quality or appliance issues caused by factors beyond technician control (e.g., power fluctuations, contamination).
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
- AMC plans include scheduled maintenance, minor parts replacement, and priority service.
- AMC does not cover major spare parts unless specified in the plan.
- Cancellation or rescheduling of AMC must be communicated 24 hours in advance.
- AMC plans are non-transferable without prior approval from Mishra RO.
